Pina Colada Smoothie (kid-friendly)

Our current favorite refreshing summer smoothie! Pro-tip, fun straws make pretending you’re at the beach a breeze.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (we like the Califa Farms brand near the regular milk aisle)

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothie. If needed, add a little bit of water for a thinner consistency. Makes 2 kids size servings.
